1 pound fresh broccoli
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs soy sauce
4 tsp sugar
1 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted
Wash broccoli and cut into bite sized spears. Cook until just tender. Drain and arrange on a serving dish.
While broccoli cooks, brown seeds in saucepan with oil. Combine with vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Pour sauce over broccoli, turning spears to coat. Serve immediately.
